My Event Leads uses a server side database to control the flow of vendor and customer information. While securely submitting, collecting and storing information, online users of the system, both vendors and their customers, can dynamically give and receive information relevant to event services and other service offerings. This dynamic trading of information is what makes My Event Leads valuable to businesses that use the service.

Vendors set the tools (schedule check, quote generator, booking system, secure payment capture, etc.) to the settings of their choosing from within their online account. Having an online account means users of the system do not need to know or understand anything about web programming. It also means that users will be able to login and update their settings anytime they like. In addition, the system comes complete with advanced visual settings, allowing vendors to make an interactive page look just like the rest of their web-site.
