free
and
paid.

you
require
urgent
assistance,
paid
support
is
available
via
telephone
at

Paid
support
is
billed
to
your
account
at
a
rate
of
$20.00
per
hour
with
a
minimum
of
$5.00.
You
will
not
be
billed
for
any
hold
times
and
no
support
can
be
given
without
account
verification.
Many
questions
can
be
addressed
by
the
My
Event
Leads
tutorials
and
knowledge
base.
Chances
are
you
are
not
the
first
person
to
ask
your
question.
Therefore
the
answer
you
need
is
probably
documented
in
the
self-service
support
area.
If
you
cannot
find
the
answers
you
need
in
the
self-service
area
and
do
not
want
to
pay
for
support
then
please
fill
out
the
request
for
support
form
and
we
will
respond
to
your
issue
in
a
timely
manner.
